Hi! I’m Romina , owner of beauty by Romina LLC .I moved to stony creek about 2 years ago with my husband and 4 children . I have been in the beauty industry for over 16 years . I started my love for this business when I was a little girl, always cutting my dolls hair and doing my own hair and makeup at the young age of 9. once I attended high school I enrolled in LIBS beauty school in Brooklyn NY . after obtaining my license I had my fair share of some of the most amazing opportunities that have gotten me to where I am today. I started out at a salon called BELLA BIONDO . I worked with the owner Alison . she taught me pretty much everything I know in this business. she was and still is a master at wedding hair and from watching and working with her I grew to love making brides look and feel their best. after being with Bella Biondo for almost 5 years I opened A salon called DREAM hair salon. I had the salon for about 3 years but then decided to take a break to raise my daughter Briella. I then ventured out to NEW YORK CITY where I worked at the very first DRYBAR on the east coast in flat iron NY. while working at DRYBAR I had the opportunity to do hair for EMMA Kenney also known as Debbie Gallagher from shameless and the daughter to our 42nd president, Chelsea Clinton. I was lucky enough to attend an event where I met celebrity makeup artist PATRICIA LONGO who allowed me to work with Trista Sutter from season one of the Bachelor, Gretchen Rossi from the Real Housewives of Orange County and Reshma Shetty from Royal Pains as well as the tv upfronts. after a few years I decided to expand my family and I worked from home and traveled to my clientele. I had the most amazing clientele any hairdresser could wish for. beautiful, fun and loyal clients that turned into long lasting friends and family. once covid hit all came to a standstill but not for long. I then moved to Florida where I worked at MARY LIZ HAIR AND BEAUTY, until I moved back to NY but this time to the Adirondacks. we moved to a small town that my husband grew up in called Warrensburg. a few months after moving back I started to think about my business and how to further excel and that’s when i met Natalie from THE IVY HAIR AND BEAUTY. she trained me on how to perfect the most gorgeous eyelash extensions and well as lash lifts, tints and brow laminations. after 6 months of booth renting with Natalie at the ivy I decided it was time to have my very own space and that’s when BEAUTY BY ROMINA LLC was reinvented. I was lucky enough to find COURTNEY who now works with me but just on Wednesdays for now. I now offer hair, lash and brow services in Warrensburg at the cutest little shop on Main St . I am excited to see where this next chapter will take me and cannot wait to meet all your wonderful people.
